1. About MMB Consultancy
MMB Consultancy is a Nashville, Tennessee-based strategic growth and marketing firm. We help entrepreneurs and business owners scale through end-to-end growth systems combining strategy consulting, automation, and AI tools. Our services include Strategy and Consulting, Website Development, CRM and Automation Systems, Digital PR and Authority Building, AI Sales Voice Assistant, location-based advertising, and bundled growth packages.
2. Services
The scope, deliverables, and pricing of each client engagement are governed by a separate written service agreement signed by both parties. Content and pricing described on this website are for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding service agreement on their own.
Service packages are tailored to each client. Any modifications to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing.
3. Payments and Fees
Monthly Fees
Monthly service fees are due on the 1st of each month, with a five-day grace period. Invoices not paid within the grace period may result in service suspension.
Setup Fees
Where applicable, one-time setup fees are due prior to service activation, along with the first month's retainer. Services will not begin until payment is received.
Autobill Requirement
Recurring monthly payments are collected via autobill using a stored payment method. Setup of autobill is required before any active services are initiated.
Infrastructure Fees
Infrastructure fees, including website hosting and CRM platform access fees, are ongoing and remain in effect for as long as the associated infrastructure is maintained by MMB Consultancy on the client's behalf. These fees continue even if an active monthly service package has ended.
Non-Refundable Fees
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a signed service agreement.
4. Contract Terms and Cancellation
Minimum Commitment
All service engagements require a minimum three-month commitment from the date of activation.
Cancellation Notice
After the initial three-month period, clients may cancel services by providing 30 days written notice to tyler@mekobameansbusiness.com. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
Infrastructure After Cancellation
Upon cancellation of active service packages, infrastructure fees for hosting and CRM access will continue until the client formally requests infrastructure removal in writing and that removal is confirmed by MMB Consultancy.
Termination by MMB Consultancy
MMB Consultancy reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, breach of these terms, or any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to our business or other clients.
5. Intellectual Property
All branding, website content, methodologies, systems, and proprietary materials created by MMB Consultancy remain the intellectual property of MMB Consultancy unless explicitly transferred to the client in a signed written agreement.
Deliverables created during a client engagement, such as website designs, CRM configurations, and marketing materials, are subject to the intellectual property provisions in the individual service agreement.
6. Confidentiality & Website Use
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We do not use client names, business names, logos, or identifying details in our marketing or pitch materials without prior written consent.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website to:
- Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
- Scrape or copy content without permission
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Interfere with the operation of our website
7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we are committed to delivering high-quality work, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding specific business outcomes or revenue results. Marketing results depend on market conditions, competition, and client implementation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMB Consultancy's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months immediately preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tennessee.
